At Saltwater Shine, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. We accept returns in line with Australian Consumer Law, so if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund. 

As a small brand, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns, so please choose carefully. This includes items that don’t fit, so we recommend checking the sizing information on our product pages before purchasing, especially for rings.
