How do I take care of my Saltwater Shine jewellery?
Our jewellery is designed to be durable, but to keep it looking its best, we recommend following these simple care tips:
- - After swimming in the sea or pool, rinse your jewellery with fresh water to remove salt or chemicals.
- - To remove fingerprints, gently wipe with a super soft microfiber or jewellery cloth.
- - If needed, mix a small amount of mild soap in lukewarm water, wipe gently with the cloth, then rinse thoroughly with fresh water and pat dry.
- - Avoid scrubbing or soaking your jewellery for long periods.
- - Avoid using anything abrasive, as this can damage the gold coating.
A little love goes a long way. And with just a little care, your Saltwater Shine will keep its sparkle for many adventures to come.
How long does delivery take?
We exclusively use AusPost and aim to send out your order within 1-2 days after you place your order. If you need it urgently, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate.
AusPost’s delivery estimate for orders from within Australia is between 3-7 business days, and 15 business days to New Zealand.

What's your return policy?
At Saltwater Shine, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. We accept returns in line with Australian Consumer Law, so if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.
As a small brand, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns, so please choose carefully. This includes items that don’t fit, so we recommend checking the sizing information on our product pages before purchasing, especially for rings.
